Product Guarantee and Returns Policy:

Style & Skin has a clear returns policy, and customers agree to comply with this policy when they proceed with, and complete a transaction. Style & Skin only accepts returns made within 21 days of receipt, and can reject returned items if they are returned ouside this period. In this instance, for any items received outside of the 21 day period, Style & Skin may send the return back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Therefore any returned items must arrive with us within the 21 day period and must be in their original packaging. No refunds will be given if, in Style & Skin's opinion, the item has been opened, used, worn or marked and/or if the Style & Skin security tag has been removed. Any items returned opened, used, worn, marked, with odour or smells, with perfume or deodorant stains and/or odour, washed, or handled inappropriately, or returned outside of the 21 day returns period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Style & Skin does not accept returns for pierced earrings, underwear or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

Note - for orders outside Distance Selling Regulations, the value of the refund will exclude shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes incurred by the purchaser are non-refundable. Returns from countries outside the EU must be clearly and accurately marked in all customs documentation as Style & Skin will not be responsible for customs duties incurred on returned items.

The buyer must fully complete the Style & Skin's returns process in order to return an item. If the buyer does not complete their name and order number, so the returned package is not identifiable, Style & Skin reserves the right not to issue a refund. Style & Skin is not responsible for returned items that do not arrive back with us. UK customers can use the pre-paid returns label to return goods, however customers are advised to obtain proof of postage as it will be required for them to make a claim with Royal Mail should the return not arrive back with us. If proof of postage has not been obtained and the item does not arrive with us, we reserve the right not to issue a refund, and the customer must take up the claim direct with Royal Mail. Style & Skin is not responsible for any returns damaged in the post, so buyers should ensure the items are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

In some cases, where the Royal Mail has been unable to secure a signature on delivery, the order will be taken to a Royal Mail postal office. If the customer does not collect the order, or arrange a re-delivery with Royal Mail postal office, the order will usually be returned to Style & Skin. Style & Skin will resend the order to the customer, at the customer's expense. However, the 21 day returns policy will apply to the date that initial delivery was made, not the date of re-delivery.
